Speaking Rain

Jer 10:13
When He utters His voice,
There is a multitude of waters in the heavens:
"And He causes the vapors to ascend from the ends of the earth.
He makes lightning for the rain,
He brings the wind out of His treasuries."
NKJV

He speaks the word and the rain comes. He speaks and the lightning flashes. He speaks and the wind roars. He speaks and the storm is stilled. He spoke and the world came into existence. He spoke and light appeared. He spoke and life was formed. By His breath man became a living soul.

Word of God speak
Would You pour down like rain
Washing my eyes to see your majesty.
To be still and know
That You’re in this place.
Please let me stay and rest,
In your holiness.
Word of God speak.

And how easy it is to forget about that overwhelming creative power when we lose our focus.

Janeva,
I love lightning storms! I cannot remember it Cuernavaca had such spectacular display of nature's fury, but in Oaxaca and from our front row seat on the roof we enjoyed the massive display of storms boiling up over the Sierra Madre into Oaxaca Valley.

More than anything I probably remember Cuernavace for night blooming jasmine. I do still retain a few snippets of memories of your family and the strongest memory is of your family's musical abilities.

Smiling!

It's truly a mountain top experience to be able to rest in God's holiness.
